The integration of a digital and audio system based on the principle of sound transduction transforms your instrument into a true concert piano and an exceptional Bluetooth speaker, blending sound and aesthetics in an incomparable way.
We restore and transform old, damaged, often unusable pianos to give them a new instrumental, musical, and sound life.
We reuse the original mechanics (keyboard, strings, hammers) to preserve the authentic touch of the acoustic piano and its natural mechanism.
Your piano thus keeps its raditional charm while meeting the needs of today’s pianists and music lovers.
A musician and piano teacher, a passionate craftsman, and an expert in audio technologies, I personally carry out this meticulous restoration and fine harmonization work in my workshop.
From piano restoration to digital audio stimulation, every step of my work respects the instrument’s history while offering it cutting-edge acoustic performance.
Every piano entrusted to me becomes a unique object :
A preserved heritage, enhanced by today’s finest sound technologies.
The Art of Resonance
Combining the knowledge of traditional piano makers with the latest sound technologies means using the best of today to enhance the best of yesterday, creating a unique acoustic experience. This is why I created Piano Résonnaissance.
Giving a new life to old family pianos, saving ancestral instruments from oblivion, and extending their story is what drives me each day in my work on the pianos entrusted to me.
This commitment to enhancing what already exists represents, to me, a genuinely sustainable and responsible approach—one that honors resources, craftsmanship, and heritage—and one to which I am deeply attached.
EXTENDING THEIR STORY…
Musician
As a classically trained professional musician, I completed conservatory studies in Piano and Organ, developing a strong musical and instrumental foundation. After 25 years teaching private piano lessons, I have played hundreds of different pianos and experienced countless touches, timbres, and resonances.
Sound Technology Expert
Alongside this, I trained in electronics and home audio integration. This dual expertise gives me a unique understanding of how technology can enhance the musical experience.
Craftsman
Fascinated by the history of the piano, I learned cabinetmaking and woodworking to be able to restore each instrument with respect for its era and original craftsmanship.
"I am convinced that craftsmanship and modern technologies can complement each other, and I have always sought solutions to optimize one through the strengths of the other."
From Birth to Re-Resonance
Discovering the instrument, observing it, evaluating the condition of the cabinet, playing it, listening to its resonance, imagining the ideal harmonization.
That is the first step!
Carefully dismantling the original mechanisms. Restoring the cabinet using traditional methods with all the required technique and delicacy. Repairing it, sanding it, waxing it, completing it.
That’s step 2!
Seeking the digital harmonization suited to each individual instrument for a unique and optimized sound while preserving the original piano mechanics. Finding the best components and placing them precisely where needed. At the same time, enhancing the unique aesthetic beauty of each piano.
That is step 3.
Integrating, reassembling. Playing, testing, adjusting, modifying as needed to achieve perfect sound while preserving the original acoustic piano touch and natural mechanism.
This is step 4.
Introducing you to your renewed piano. Letting you explore it and discover its new potential. This is the culmination of my work—and the beginning of its new life.
Step 5.
Each piano is unique—in its history, its materials, its touch, its resonance. That is why each restoration is unique. I invite you to contact me directly to discuss your instrument and imagine its new life together.
